Purchasing secondhand goods can be wonderfully smart!
Usually the item is still in great shape and, even after paying shipping, the price is WAY less than it cost when new.
Here's an example of how it has worked for me: My family had the opportunity to go on a snow skiing trip. Being Texans, only 2 of the 4 of us had been skiing before, and that had been a few years back. Needless to say, we did not already have the prerequisite gear. EBay to the rescue! We found some great ski clothing and paid a lot less than we would have at a sporting goods store!Honesty really is the best policy, and I do my best to accurately describe the items offered.
