General:

By bidding you agree to our terms and conditions.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing a bid as ALL SALES ARE FINAL^*.  Please include your email address when contacting us so we can answer you.

*Only exception: If an item was not as described or flaws were overlooked and not mentioned in the description (does not include any damage which occurred during shipping). And for this reason only you are not satisfied with the item.  If this applies you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and the item must be returned in the same condition as received within 2 days.  Please note that shipping & handling fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Buyer will pay all shipping and handling costs.  We ship to the United States ONLY. 

Please make payment within three (3) days of auction close.  If payment is not received within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to re-list the item and file an eBay "Non-Paying Bidder Alert".

Shipping:

Merchandise will be shipped to you when notice of credit card payment is received from PayPal or after PayPal echeck has cleared.  Shipments are generally made once or twice a week. 

At our discretion we may use the services of Fedex, UPS or some other shipping company. 

Handling

Handling fee will be included in the shipping amount.  Please remember that handling fees cover bubble wrap, peanuts, tape, computer ink, and more.

Insurance

We are not responsible for shipping damage or lost packages, and highly recommend that you purchase insurance.  Insurance will be mandatory on very fragile items.

PLEASE NOTE: If your item is missing or broken, WE WILL NOT be the one to REFUND you.  We will go through the proper channels put forth by the shipping entity IF YOU PURCHASED INSURANCE.

We do our best to find quality merchandise in good to excellent condition, and to give accurate descriptions and clear photos of these items.

We offer a wide range of vintage goods, collectibles, household and other items.  And we are not experts in any particular field.  If you think we have described an item incorrectly or you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us before you bid.  We are open to correction and welcome any assistance you wish to offer.

All vintage and used items are sold in as is as found condition.  They are seldom perfect, but should serve your needs for a price that's hard to beat.  And you may discover some true treasures!  We hope that all items will be valued and enjoyed by their new owners.
